Exterior

The exterior is a strikingly unique interpretation of the Audi design language. The Audi Roadjet Concept is based on the dimensions of the medium-sized car. But with a height of 1.55 m and a wheelbase of 2.85 m, it offers a clear bonus in terms of spatial comfort. The characteristic Audi single-frame radiator grille, clear glass LED headlights and boldly sculpted wheel arches give it an unmistakable look.

The coupé-style roofline dominates the side view, along with the balanced relationship between high body panels and narrow window areas. The dynamic line and the shoulder line define horizontal overall proportions that are clearly road-oriented. New to Audi design: the arc of the capping line, which stretches from wheel arch to wheel arch. Together with the shoulder line, this creates a dynamic interplay between convex and concave surfaces.

Interior

The modern interior of the Audi Roadjet Concept captivates the eye with its dynamic elegance, and is astonishingly spacious. Warm, earthy shades and light grey with metal trims, combined with Neoprene and fine leather, provide an emotional aura.

The controls and information elements are clearly set out in the two-part dashboard. A new configuration of the Multi Media Interface (MMI) provides information via four displays, not only for the driver but also for the front and rear passengers. The driver can also operate a large number of electronic systems via the MMI, such as Audi drive select.

Four filigree bucket seats with integrated head restraints divide the interior into four separate zones. Between the rear seats is a rail system in which various modules, such as a storage box with centre armrest or an espresso machine, can be installed. The rear seats can be moved on diagonal rails, thus permitting the installation of a centre child's seat diagonally behind the rear seats when these are in their forward-most position. The luggage compartment can be further extended by folding forward the rear seat backrests.
