As a fully-owned subsidiary of AUDI AG, Audi Vertriebsbetreuungsgesellschaft mbH (Audi VG) is a central component of Audi Sales Germany.
The company’s primary mission is to ensure Audi’s leadership in the premium segment through personal contact with Audi dealers and Audi customers.

Top performance every day

Within Germany, AUDI AG cooperates with approximately 500 dealers and a large number of authorized workshops. They have at their service a team of Audi VG sales professionals who provide support and advice in all matters pertaining to their company.

To ensure that support is dependable and flexible, Audi VG is organized into five regions. The central offices are all located in the vicinity of the major German cities – Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich.
Customer care in Ingolstadt and the Audi VG subsidiary CC WellCom GmbH in Potsdam provide personal assistance to Audi customers and persons interested in the brand by telephone, post, fax and e-mail. Visitors to the Audi Forums can also receive individual advice from employees of Audi VG – in the Forum itself.

As a result, our employees are everywhere where “the fascination of Audi” can be encountered and experienced: in dialogue with Audi dealers, in the Audi Forums or simply on the telephone.

The Audi Forums in Berlin, Munich, Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm provide an interactive experience of the brand world for our customers and prospects from all over the world. Events and, frequently, exclusive presentations of new models are held at the Forums almost every day of the year. In person, our employees represent the philosophy, approach and corporate culture of the premium manufacturer Audi. They provide comprehensive product and brand-specific advice to visitors of all nationalities.

Providing a personal service on the telephone, by e-mail, fax and letter, the employees of our subsidiary in Potsdam deal with the specific concerns of Audi customers, prospects, Audi dealers and other clients – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
