How long is my Audi’s warranty?
Rest assure knowing that your brand new Audi is covered by a 5 year or 150,000km (whichever comes first) warranty.

You can find the Audi Service Centre at this address
Lot Q5, Q6 & Q7, Tapak Perindustrian Lambak Kanan, Berakas, BSB, BB1714, Brunei Darussalam.

Their opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Thursday: 8am to 5pm
Friday: 8am to 12pm, 2pm to 5pm
Saturday: 8am to 12pm
Sunday: Closed
What is the service interval of my Audi?
Your Audi needs to be serviced every 12 months or 15,000 kilometers (whichever comes first).
How do I know when my Audi is due for servicing?
The service interval display will appear when the next service is due for your Audi.

There are 2 service interval display levels:
1) Inspection or oil change reminder
After a certain mileage, a service reminder will appear in the instrument cluster display each time the ignition is switched on or off. The distance or time remaining will be shown briefly.

2) Inspection or oil change due
When you Audi is due for an inspection, oil change or both, the corresponding reminder, “Inspection due!” , “Oil change due!” or “Oil change and inspection due!” will appear briefly after the ignition is switched on or off.
How do I check when my Audi is due for servicing?
You can check the distance remaining until the next oil change and next service inspection through the MMI Home Screen.

By selecting CAR > Settings & service > Service intervals.
How much does servicing cost?
Engine oil
All Audi vehicles serviced at our Lambak Service Centre are required to use the Audi AG authorized

SAE 5W-30 Fully Synthetic Long Life III 5 litres at B$110.00¹ or the SAE 5W-40 Fully Synthetic Engine Oil Special Plus 5 litres at B$100.00¹

No other engine oil brought by the customer may be used to ensure your Audi has the best approved oil protecting it’s engine.

Servicing Labour Charge
The price for Servicing Labour Charge, may vary between B$128.00 to B$450.00 depending on your Audi’s service intervals.

Oil filter for all models starts from B$11.00 (depending on the model)
